I'm continuing to knife-catch BBBY and CWH. Both are worse than 50% down from their 52-wk highs.

Waiting for COTY to drop below 3.40.

Other than those, I don't have much on my shopping list. I know I'm missing some bargains.

On that basis (as a contrarian indicator), stocks should be bottoming here, yes?

not really it can sit at this level for days/weeks but in do time rally on over sold coming. A good time to unload into it. I don't see this selling ending till late December with small rallys here and there.

The market sniffing out a bad economy. Bonds, short etf and cash is king for now.

CSCO hit all time high last week after 26 years.

not really
This is the longest-term chart I could find with an S&P 500 cross-reference:

That looks more contrarian to me than not.

Sentiment indicators are usually contrarian, except when a subset of traders is identified as "smart money."

Of course we're not relying on one indicator for our entire analysis.

CWH drops to single digits.

I'm also buying PCT Purecycle.

Anyone looking at RGR, the gun company? Trading at nearly a 15-year low, just above 30.

I have a little CSCO. Owned many many years. Up a little over 50 percent, but 30 years or so was a long time to wait. 😬
