Do most of you prefer to play the deuces games as opposed to DDB? Just wondering if I should change up my preferred games.

Don't change what you play based on others preferences. Most VP players play inferior pay tables, that doesn't mean you should. A lot of VP players go against optimal strategy, that doesn't mean you should. Some players play high volatility or special feature games, etc. There are those who play one game exclusively and there are those who play all games & variants...
Nothing wrong with trying other things to see what (and how) you like, or how your luck is, but I wouldn't play based on others' preferences.
That said, my preference is 9/7 TDB, so I think you should play that...
