Ultimate X Gold Software Errors

I regularly play Ultimate X Gold at casinos. It's a great game. Every so often, I believe while switching games, the game will "disconnect," black out and then come to a screen with an error message. It has happened to me on at least 4 machines, who knows how many times now. I have to wait for a slot attendant and then usually a slot tech. They eventually get the game back up and running. The games come back in their particular earned game states, and I have the credits that I should have.

A disturbing trend has started the last two times this has happened to me on one particular machine. When the slot tech gets the machine back up and running, the game states are reset to their reset values, and I have zero credits. The slot managers or whatever their roll is, have to figure out how many credits I had and give me a special slip to get paid out by the cage. The last time two slot techs were in the area. One looked at my player's card and said something to the other like they knew who I was. I don't know if they are purposely resetting the machine states when they get the machine back up and running or not. This is like resetting timers on regular ultimate x or bonus streak or resetting a progressive jackpot...

Has anyone else experienced gold disconnecting and an error coming up? Do you believe the game states were irrecoverable? Is the casino cheating me?

Ditto. I’m assuming the multipliers get reset also. That would be bad if they do. I have only played the game a few times. Seems to be feast or famine with it.

I've crashed UXG machines several times across different properties when flipping between games searching for multipliers. Pretty sure it's a software issue.

The last time I crashed a machine nothing was reset. That was a while ago. Now they just lag for awhile before coming back.

Triple triple seems very unnatural. Nothing wants to go off. No flushes, straights or full houses. Always wrecks me.

One time instead of getting a tech to fix the machine, they decided to leave it down. I figured they didn't want me to win that night. I decided to teach them a lesson and won $1500 on Dragon Cash. lol

At another date they burned me for that amount on Triple Triple. I even got Aces but no kicker. :(
