Both he and Brad Delp died on 3/9 19 years apart. Different years and circumstances of course. Tommy battled Brain Cancer.

I was so clueless that I thought this was about a nondescript Bostonian and not the band's lead. I only have a passing familiarity with them. I really had to jog my memory.
