Not so. I have sent 3 messages to support in the last 4 weeks and have gotten no response to any of my questions. What am I suppose to do now?

I am supposed to be in the tournament of champions today. I can see the games and leaderboard, however I cannot play?

If games aren’t loading for you at all, I would try unplugging your modem and router, wait 60 seconds and then plug them back in again. Restarting your computer while they are powered down is a good idea as well. This may reestablish your connection to the game server.
