My favorite hit so far
This was supposed to be my 1000th post but i'll make it my 1001th instead.
It was a tough decision because my loose deuce hit was my biggest winner so far in the casino. So that is my second favorite. But I chose this one because:
1) It was my first time hitting 4 aces in DDB in the casino (at the green valley ranch). No kicker, but no complaints!
2) Most importantly, it came at the right time and bailed me out when i was about to lose my entire bankroll, and things turned around right after that and I came out much much better overall. So it was not only a decent hit for quarters, but saved my trip as well.
After so many posts, I now say a thank you to everyone in the forum. Pretty much everything I have have ever learned about video poker has been from this site and the people here. It's really been a lot of fun!
And so far... I'm ahead!

Good hit Eduardo. I love DDB and have been playing it alot recently. My experience with this game is similar to yours where it seems to bail you out when needed. I was almost tapped out at Caesars last weekend and drew quad aces with the kicker and a 2X multiplier on 10 play supertimes. Wow, 4000 credits, same as the RF, when most needed. Have had other similar hits on DDB. By far, my favorite this past weekend is the one I didn't hit: dealt A-A-A with the 1st 3 cards then the supertimes came up spinning away...I would have loved to see a 10 come up but my bigger hope was for the last ace to come up. I screamed at the machine ace, ace, ace!!! But what comes up is junk. I end up with a 2X multipler and only 300 credits, what a bummer. But what keeps us playing these games is the dream of that last ace with the kicker and a 10X multipler...can you say 200,000 credits for $50k...I can only keep dreaming and trying.

Thanks guys. I know my bankroll might not make anyone jealous, but some people just play for fun and try to win a little in the meantime. So far, so good!

I've noticed a number of converts to DDB and it's stingy yet rewarding ways.(pattern here OEJ?) Many find it is challenging and dry spells can run a couple of sessions. It is nice to get one of the bonus hands when your credits are dwindling!

Pattern? Only if Eduardo is wearing plaid.
