quick quads vs real 4 of a kind

Playing triple double bonus. Saw webmaster discussing possibilty of real 4 of a kind being announced as  quick quad.  I got a quick quad and it announced quick quad.  Then got real 4 of a kind 7's just awarded the 260 credits, did not announce quick quad.   I am not a gold member so I couldnt tell Wedmaster this on the chat.
