VP practice programs

I had a MAC and the only one I could find was Optumim VP.  I do notremember the site I was able to download a free VP program.Had to go get a PC (more business programs) and I got both VP for  Winners and Jean Scott's  VP program.  I use both of them to practice the various games I play.  Like to set up the payouts on them that are on the machines at the placesI play.  I live in Houston and Lake Charles, LA is the nearest place to play  to me (that is not against the law).
