I saw this game at the Orleans when I was there earlier in August.  I believe it was a .25 multi line machine.

I believe the game is at many casinos now. I saw it at Fiesta H. and Sam's Town back in April. I suspect it is at most Boyd and Stations properties if it is getting reasonable play.
