how does it work?

When you are playing a game, you can chat with other members on the left side of the gameplay area. Just type your message at the bottom and hit send. There have to be other people in the same room, of course. There seem to be a lot of people chatting in the contest right now if you want to try.

great contest! One  gets 26000 plus and 4 more get over16000 on day one while the vast majority gets 5000 or better and you call that a fair chance? I live in Vegas, play Casinos daily, and when you enter a poker tourney and some player gets a royal immediately every body else gets up and leaves, thats what people do when a contest is over before it begins. Nice try but you just lost another! Keep trying.  This is just like your Terrible deal ---TERRIBLE!

vegashyroler, the contest has actually been up for several days now and the top score was not hit the first day. If you have suggestions for ways to improve the contests, we welcome your feedback in the contest portion of the forum.  Several members have already shared ideas there that we are considering for future contests.

We all know whats going on. wink. We have seen that Sing song before. Ha.
That is an easy pattern to detect.

 
The complaining must have come from an imposter; the original Pattern Whisperer would be the one with the 26,000 score.    As we've seen in previous contests, any of the multiline games will have top scores like that.
 
Just as amazing as the 26K score is ConnieD, who still has one Top 10 score but had TWO there for quite a while.

When folks are playing "open games" do you enter the "Lobby Chat"?  I should think that would be the best way to hook up.  Move to a "game chat" after you connect with someone in the Lobby.  Or, if you are playing different "machines" then just stay in the Lobby.I'm finding about half (at least) of the enjoyment of playing is conversing with other players!  Met some good folks during the contest.

I enjoy the ability to chat with other members while we play.  There are several nice members that I met during the last contest!
