Yes, I do play quite a bit. However, like you said, if the games continue to deteriorate then I may have to move on.
 
The good news is the casinos have been increasing benefits while lowering paytables. This means there are still good overall plays even with slightly negative paytables.

Congrats on the dealt royal.  I had a royal dealt to me out at fantasy springs on a spin poker machine .....10 cents for $3600.  Didnt have withholding taken out and walked out with all of it.  Oh yea it was 4 days before christmas in 2006.  Again Congrats.

if you hit a big jackpot on a certain machine, do you tend to play that same machine more often or exclusively when you come back on the next visit? i notice the casinos move machines around a lot so sometimes i will write down the machine number and look for it when i go back if it's been moved.

We play there almost every week so getting a couple of royals is not unusual, the fact they appeared when holding nothing is what made it remarkable.
 
I think everyone finds one or more machines "lucky" at various times. On my trip this week NO machines were lucky.
