another casino problem.back in the 70's i was in the army, and went to cherokee or somewhere, put in $1.25 and won $1,000.00.great as i was making $1200.00/month.today,my taxes have tripled, electric prices have tripled,etc..i go into a casino put in $1.25 and still win $1000 for rf or 5 of a kind, what's up with that.

Since the $1.25 you invested was worth much more back in the 70s your lucky to get that $1000 now. What? You mean to tell me that $1000 isn't worth as much now? Well, golly gee ...

What experts are not in casinos? They all play on a regular basis. Oh, except for one self-proclaimed expert who also claims he only spends a few hours gambling every year.

you and i are among the top players playing 100%+ games and playing them correctly. the reality is the comps have value that can put 9/6 job 8/5 bonus into that relm. but the bottom line is even while taking atvantage of excellent promotions a 1.5% atvantage on 25c games or 15 dollars per hour over long run is the best possible. the pros can do better on other activites as the hands get sore. most of us enjoy playing and dont want to pay a dear price. we can go and play and see the sites for free thats a good deal

so if we play a 50 cent machine,we'd get 30 bucks an hour,$1.00 machine 60 buckeroos, and $5.00 machines 300 bucks an hour, and on and on!

i wish there is not any fpdw above 25c 100.76% with about 3/4 of 1% comps equals 1.5% on 700 hands per hour before every tourist has a card from bob dancer giving them the ability to play close to perfect whereas the casinos have to fight back by downgrading the games. thats why $1.00 fpdw no longer exists. our hope is that trend reverses as the casinos get desparate for business with the slumping economy. the casinos forgot what got them sucessful (cheap rooms cheap good food and shows) now the suits want to make everthing a profit center and they are learning a lesson
