You guys are amazing.....A bunch of sharp computer savvy guru's....Thank you.  That answered another question of mine also...Switch from $.25 to $1.00 on a multi denomination game and the chances are the same....Live and learn....Thanks for the input...I'll quit being such a skeptic and attributing my losses to some man in a dark suit in the back room....

What I copied and posted is just the tip of the iceberg.  Sections also for the specific mathematical tests that have to be passed and for how game software can be changed.  Lots of fun stuff.

Rob's claimed that there are loopholes in this.   The regs for each state are worded differently but have the same intent, so I don't see how a loophole from any one state's regs would be present in the regs for any other state.

I think it is a good idea for anyone that doubts the fairness of casinos to read their state regulations. I have quoted the NV regulations that CD referenced before and I also checked the MN regulations before I started gambling there. It turns out the regs were copied almost word for word from NV regs. If you're not sure check it out.

BTW, until recently Florida had only Class II gaming which does not require a fair deal.

I think the inherent streakiness of VP makes people wonder. Most people just don't understand this aspect of randomness.

I intentionally copied only about a dozen lines from the NV regs; can't make it much simpler than that.  Just be grateful that I didn't post any of the actual statistical standards that need to be met.

The articles on Rob's site, and his e-letters, are much longer than the stuff I quoted, so by comparison reading something from Rob would be like reading War and Peace.

Try reading the court papers from when he(robbie) went bankrupt to the tune of over $250,000.00.
If one can not write, one must not be able to read also.

Rob's starting to backtrack on the reason for his bankruptcy.  In an e-letter not too long ago he said that was caused by an ill-advised investment in a property.   Even if that were true, the $50K or so of gambling losses each year listed in the filing didn't help matters.  Without those gambling losses he might have been able to survive that bad investment.

Always when someone goes belly-up like that they blame someone else by saying it was ill advised.
Now when ill advised crap pans out they say they were visionary and diligent and wise.
CD how about posting those backruptcy filings for the world to see. Copy and paste. Just the good parts.
That might gets your name in a video or eletter.

The gaming regulations are a walk in the park compared to bankruptcy filings.  You'll need to find someone more familiar with that type of thing than me to explain them.  We have a link posted in one of our Rob threads to the records on that, for the adventurous.
