My best "streak" was in laughlin. I had never hit a royal and in the span of 2 hours hit 3. First was at Ramada for $1000. Went across the street to the Colorado Belle and hit another for $1199 about 30 minutes later. Then about 45 minutes later hit another on a dollar for $4000. 2 hours $6299. And the best part is i kept it all too as the weekend went well. But that was about 20 years ago and haven't come close to anything like it since, but I have changes the way I play over the years and the length of sessions too.

My best short streak was at Morongo, outside Palm Springs. Walked in about 10pm, started playing a 25 cent ddbp five line... in about 5 minutes, it dealt me a royal...all five hands for a grand total of $5000. I then walked over to a three line dbp $1 machine... and played the same machine for over two hours, finally quitting with a profit of $2500 from that one machine. The funny thing is that security wouldn't pay me after having seen me hit that five line royal...until they reviewed their tapes for thirty minutes. ha ha... they paid me. So little over two hours...$7500.

4 Aces on 3 lines, drew not one but TWO kickers. Very next hand dealt fours. Get paid, go home giggly.

About two years ago I hit Aces 5 times plus a RF in an hour at the Riviera here in CO. All of them came on single line TB+. The first Aces was at 25-cents, all of the other hits were $1. They were coming so close together that most of them happened on an adjacent machine while I was waiting for my handpay from the previous one. Finished $9,300 up. Haven't had a session half as good since then.

Hello!
Funny on the win in laughlin .. It brings up a memory of the first big /decent size win that I ever had .
I remember it distinctly because I was living in Paradise Valley (AZ) at the time, and had been at harrahs the night before .
I got killed that night playing the gamemaker bank that they had in the middle of the casino .. Lost $500, which was not a lot, but quite a bit for me at the time .
Ironically, after that loss, I switched to dueces wild, and was "messing around" as the paytables were horrible and I never considered dueces a credible game at the time, and hit 4 deuces with only 2 coins in ... Obvious mistake to play only two, but an infuriorating self induced mistake.
The next morning, my roommate kept bugging me to go to laughlin (where I had never been). I remeber it specifically because neither of us had close to the bankroll necesarry to gamble, much less go that far (3hours).
We hit Harrahs, and the luck was about to begin.
I had $200 .. FIrst just was playing JOB, hit a bit. Then hit 4 aces on DBP for $200 ... nothing much .
After this, I hit a royal on a bally gamemaker for $1k quarters, which wasnt much, but huge for having $200 on me ..
I called my friend upstairs, and before he came down, I put $20 in a $1 gamemaker. They had an odd paytable on the DBP that paid $1k for aces .. It was funny ... first hand it dealt me a flush, and the next hand held just a queen of hearts, and it pulled 4 aces for $1k .
After that, I hit quite a few other minor quads ($250,$400 multiple times, etc), and was up $3600 .
Right after, I remember watching a woman drop hundreds in a nevada bonus poker machine .. I am not sure if you have heard of this game, but it has a pathetic paytable that I would never play. I just believed in the old conspiracy theory that if somebody was to lose money, to "play behind them because the machine would hit" ...
I got lucky .. Hit a royal for $4k . .
Won quite a bit after that with wins and loses, but left with $8800. I already had the diamond card there from reno and tahoe, so It didnt take long to build that up as well.
I havent gone there in many years, since moving from phoenix .. I used to love the riverside, nuggett, and that boat casino (Not sure what the name is, if it is still there??
Has anybody else had luck in laughlin? As I am all about playing VP with good pay tables, I never made it to vegas much (Except to bowl in the mini-eliminator and other tournaments).
Let me know!

i never write comments but have had the luckest run the past 2 months and wanted to see if anyone else has had this happen, please understand that this is the good run, there have been alot of bad ones this past few years anyway, at thunder valley, hit Royal on TDB single line for $100,000 on $25 denom dealt straight upwaitin g to get paid hit 4 aces & kicker another $100,000after paid went back dealt 3 to raoyal and it hit again for $100,000 hit 4 babies with kickers about 7 times on triple single play, totall;y unbelievable all this and i walked away with $550,000+ following week playin in vegas at mandalay bay, hit 4 royal flushes on a line of ddb machines all within 10 hrs play each royal paid $20k i normally do not play tdb or ddb but i do believe thta if you are UP gamble 30% on volatile games, if you hit its huge, just dont keep on feeding, go back to JOB if not you will blow alot, i know , i have won and lost alot
