This is all very funny. I liked the sarcasm. Even the bozo wizard must be laughing at that post along with his boyfriend the pianoman.
I forgot which one is the pimp and which is the pimpee.
Or do they take turns?

What an upstanding citizen...He really adds alot to the discussion about if any strategy or system works...

Webman,
Who again is being complained about concerning their conduct?  I could quote even worse one's from him...

And there is no magic to ARTT, the magic in your comparisons with negative machines is in the "lower average bet size" not the "varying of bet size."  You might as well just pick the penny machines.  That way your losses on negative machines will be the lowest...possibly even lower if you just play one penny at a time.

New,

In my recent "dare" to everyone and in my little 3 hand sample (which was too short and only included a 3oak winner) There is no mention or encouragement to play a negative expectation machine ... A 3oak winner is on all machines negative or otherwise...

All I know is that in the last week I have played sporadically on VPFW.  Every time I play I reset the stats to 0 "zero".  I play ARTT...without a goal in mind, without switching games, only on 10/7 DB.   I put in 400 credits at the $2 level and then start playing at the Quarter level.  I play either until I get tired or I lose 400 credits. (not counting any gains made).

EVERY TIME after I am finished I open up "analyze session" from the menu.  I click on "coins"...and EVERY TIME win or lose the coins won/lost displayed in the stats are sub-par to my actual performance...If it shows I won coins it ALWAYS shows less than what I really won.  If it shows I lost coins it ALWAYS shows more than what I really lost.  Why?

Why does it do that New?

I tried it on other "negative" games....same result....Why?

Is there something wrong with my VPFW?

Or ....   ????

Regardless of "average bet" and all the other math lingo you are an expert in...Aren't the   NET  RESULTS  more important?

Seems again that the deck is stacked against me here...

Rather than a stacked deck, I prefer the term "negative expected return."

I am sorry if oej is being a jerk but most people here are refuting this "theory" very politely and analytically and you are the one pushing things and seeing everyone here as an emeny when people are only trying to help you understand the flaws in the logic. I don't think you are open to this theory failing like someone else said. You assume it is true and then set out to show the "facts" that line up with it, while ignoring the very clear evidence against it. You are ignoring very obvious math here, it is not subtle. There are so many nails in this coffin we're going to have to get an extra man to help carry it.

Eduardo who do you see casting as me? Is it a young Steven Segal ala Hard to Kill or even as late as Under Siege? I don't want to be the current Master Segal as he more closely resembles Porky Pig than anything. He started the actor turned musician trend long before Mr. Phoenix tried it. How about Russel Crowe? I have always enjoyed the movie: Master and Commander and I have the instrumental Captain Jack's Theme on my MP3 player.

Harrison Ford is MUCH too old to play me, James Caan has nowhere the build I do. How about George Clooney, I may closely identify with him from the movie: The Peacemaker and plus he got to kiss Nicole Kidman.

Just give me a babe to play opposite me and I'm a happy camper. Gotta go restock the fridge in the clubhouse, we're running low on provisions. Anybody got yogurt on sale?

the plain truth is if a player plays negitive expected return game no matter how much a player bets or varies the bets will yield a negitive result. casinos realize this thats why the thay have these games and few of the 100%+ games and little or no comps on the 100%+ games

How about Jason Statham?  He's not much for the romantic roles, but he'd be good for all the VP action sequences.  I was also going to suggest a young Alec Baldwin (Hunt For Red October) or Johnny Depp for your character.   I thought about recommending one of your faves - the Hof - but he's already been cast.

Jason Statham is a goof thought cd, except I would need to shave my head completely instead of leaving a bit of stubble now. Here's my latest cast of characters as I envision them;

cd - played by Kevin Spacey
boops - played by Annette Benning
Marie - played by Cheryl Ladd
New2VP - played by Edward Norton
Webman - played by Dennis Franz
oej - played by Ray Liotta
Eduardo - played by Andy Garcia
Nancy J - played by Angelina Jolie

I will accept Franz as my actor, simply because he was one of the first people to show hit butt on TV.
