Triple Ace Poker
Hello. How is everyone? This is my first post on the site. Does anyone else have the "Triple Ace Poker" games where they play? Usually it`s built into one of those "Multi-Game" machines where they have 3 poker games as well as keno and a couple of slots. Basically the idea is if you get 3 (or 4) Aces in a hand it triggers a "Bonus round". The machine deals 5 cards face down (Two will say 4X, two will say 3X and one says 2x) and you pick one and whatever card you picked (Let`s say 4X) for the next eight hands you will get 4X the normal payout . As you can see you have the chance to make some big hands. I have been playing video poker machines in casinos for 30 years and I have never found a game which gives you more chance to win and win some big pay-offs. Obviously you can still lose and lose big as casinos aren`t there to give money away but in my experience over the long haul I have done a LOT better playing this game than any other.

I always play it at the casino in Charles Town, West Virginia. Which is also my favorite casino to go to.

Weren't vp machines just recently legalized in WV? I saw a show on compulsive gamblers and they followed a lady around who lived in WV. She went to this little coffee shop at least 4 days a week to play on the 3 or so machines they had in the joint and they mentioned something about it recently being legalized. or maybe that was in certain stores. (ps, do you play at the racino attached to the charles town race track?)

You might be thinking of a different state..They've had the casinos in WV for a long time now plus they just have them at 3 locations. Yes I play at the casino at the Charles Town race track..It's a huge place..Over 5000 machines...I believe that the Oregon lottery now has machines scattered around and that the Triple Ace game is one of them featured games there.

Welcome Sara. Do you know what the manufacturers name is? Is it a red "Game King" or a green and black "Game Maker?" Check next time you visit.

Hi Sara, I have a few questions about this game works.Does a full house with 3 aces also trigger the bonus round? While on the 8-hand bonus round, will another hand with 3 aces trigger yet another 8-hand bonus round? Is there a limit to how many 8-hand bonus rounds you can have queued up at one time?I'm not sure if I could read the pay schedule for trip aces from the link you gave out. Is the following the normal schedule (per coin)?Royal Flush..............400Straight Flush..........1754 of a Kind.................40Full House..................11Flush............................7Straight.......................43 Aces..........................83 of a Kind...................2Two Pair.......................1Pair of Aces..................1Have you seen other more favorable pay schedules that are NOT related to the Oregon lottery? Thanks for bringing up the topic of this unusual game.

[QUOTE=New2vp] Hi Sara, I have a few questions about this game works.
Does a full house with 3 aces also trigger the bonus round?
Yes a full house with 3 aces triggers a bonus..Normally if I get dealt 2 pair and 2 of the cards are aces I`ll just keep the aces since 3 aces pays about the same as a full house.
While on the 8-hand bonus round, will another hand with 3 aces trigger yet another 8-hand bonus round? Is there a limit to how many 8-hand bonus rounds you can have queued up at one time?
Yes 3 aces within a bonus round triggers another 8 hand bonus round (Plus you get the multiple of aces win). However if you are in the say 3X bonus and hit 3 aces once those 8 bonus hands are up you need to pick one of the face down cards again before the next bonus round. The 3X wouldn`t just carry over. I've gotten 4 bonus rounds in a row this way before. There`s nothing on the machine saying there is a limit.
I'm not sure if I could read the pay schedule for trip aces from the link you gave out. Is the following the normal schedule (per coin)?
Royal Flush..............400 750
Straight Flush..........175 225
4 of a Kind.................40 40
Full House..................11 11
Flush............................7 7
Straight.......................4 4
3 Aces..........................8 8
3 of a Kind...................2 2
Two Pair.......................1 1
Pair of Aces..................1 1
Have you seen other more favorable pay schedules that are NOT related to the Oregon lottery?
The payout at the casino in Charles Town offers a different payout rate than what that Oregon lottery shows..I've shown the CT payout rate above in red. As you can see it pays out quite well for a straight flush and Royal.
As I mentioned earlier I have never played a video poker game in my life which seems to pay as well over the long haul as this game has for me the past 2 years or so.

Thanks for the welcome..I`ll check this weekend when I go up..I don`t believe it`s either a Game King or a Game Maker..I hope to get a new cell phone with a camera in it soon so I`ll try to capture a photo or video clip of me playing it.
