Bruce, you don't sound very excited for someone who just hit his first RF. Lay a couple of "Whoo-hoo!"'s on us.

That's what my wife said! I think that I am more, I guess satisfied or relieved, than excited. This is the second time in 6 months that I have played and have been telling myself that my time for a royal is near. I guess now I should expect my second on my next trip.

blumoon62,
Congratulations on the awesome hand. My wife was showing my brother and sister-in-law how to play DW a year ago on nickels and wasn't paying attention while playing ten hands. She couldn't understand why the machine didn't reshuffle when she hit the play button until she realized it had dealt her a RF on the bottom. She too had missed the deal.
Like you I couldn't believe it when I finally had a RF dealt to me on single hand. I just sat there stunned knowing the odds and quietly taking it all in but it sure was a great feeling.

Awesome hit, moon. A "dream" pat hand if there ever was one.I had four bullets dealt to me once on a 5 up machine (and of course, didn't hit ONE kicker!), but a royal, that's bad-ass. Congrats.

Am I reading that pay chart correctly?....Four Aces with a 2,3,4 kicker pays as much as a Royal?

Yep, Triple Double. Four 2s, 3s, or 4s with ACE, 2, 3 or 4 pays 2000.

Blumoon you and I live in the same area, Congrats on your win! I have not played at Rail City in such a long time, only because I now live about 30 miles from it, but I used to have so much fun there, I really miss that place. I took my mom out (she lives in Reno) this past week and we couldn't decide between Diamonds (now Ramada?) or Rail City, we ended up going to Diamonds where SHE hit 4 A's with a kicker, actually it was just dealt to her. But your picture gives me inspiration, next time we have got to go to Rail City.
Again Congrats on your win
Again Congrats on your win
