Are the odds getting worse?

In Florida we don't have any 100%+ VP machines.  I play at the Florida Hard Rocks 2-3 times a month and Biloxi about 3-4 times a year.  The last two times I was in Biloxi the VP payouts were way down accross the board.  Jacks is paying 7/5 with 8/5 at the bar.  Even the IP which is usually better than the rest was down.  I guess the Casinos in the Southeast figure than anyone who can go to a Casino in this economy doesn't care about the odds.  It's our only choice so if we want to play we're stuck with it.  Is this happening in Vegas?  How about the rest of the Country?

We have the same pay table here in PA. I have found a couple  of 6/5 JOB.

Foxwoods has 6/5 DDB. Lousy paytables but more variety of machines than Mohegan Sun.
