Re: Offer to Fa La La La La.... La la la la: Results (5th card flip)
Am I considered "One of the Ten" cd? Just a quick question about the vote before I weigh in on mine: Are Florida votes with hanging chads being counted or disqualified?
As for my vote it is a yes, I do agree that rs is a conman and because I have never met him personally I can't comment on the man himself but I do know a thing or two about scams and the hucksters that run them.
Now I gotta get oej set up for a benching contest after Eduardo bragged about his physique.

YES, of course.
So, is RD still supporting Fa La La La La.... La la la la after the 5th card flip-over fiasco? ... there can be no doubt who's actually penning his posts.

I doubt roland would consider me part of that regular 10. Since OEJ won't allow middle of the road votes, I have to stay neutral. There isn't any doubt about RS and his theories. I too, have never met him but have read enough about him and by him to know. Period. Roland went out of his way to apologize which is something robbie would never do or approve of which leaves me neutral. Neither of them will ever fall into that "BFF" category either. Reading many of rolands posts sure does make him out to be a pitchman though.

My vote of YES is due to the inconsistancies shown by both parties (RS and RD). I see that they both change their stances to adapt to each situation as it's presented. I don't feel RS is a bad guy, just a "snake oil salesman" and I feel he uses shills such as RD to help get his points across, whatever they may be at the given time.
It does bother me how both will become spitefully defensive when attacked on their beliefs though. And, due to this, I can see how some readers/posters may believe they're one in the same, which I don't.

The ten is what rs claims is the actual number of real members here. HaHe. Just yes or no votes counted. No neutrals ED the cat. So Ed edit your post to a no or yes please.
Oh Ted if you can bench over 190 lb you beat me. My right shoulder gets angry at me over that amount.

Please note all votes are unsolicited and webman can vouch for that.
Surely someone somewhere will vote in favor of rs and rd. After all he gets thousands of letters and emails praising his wisdom so he says.

For the vote, put me down for a "yes" as far as agreeing with the sentiment. That makes 5. We've been told that there are only 10 people who post in the forum, so that covers 40% of the posting base. I know more math than 99% of the population (plus I took my smart pill today), so I can make that as a definite statement.
I was not aware of this observation that cddenver refers to. Let's see...
1. New2vp
2. Eduardo
3. Faygo
4. Ginxxxx
5. cddenver
6. Rascal
7. Tedlark
8. Shadowman
9. Damule
10. Oej
Well I guess that just about says it all.
A few months back when I submitted my first post I really did think that I could learn something constructive from a site titled "videopoker.com". Boy was I mistaken! I came here with what was to me "a new idea" and recent success using this new way of play/money management. I have only met up with RS twice in my life. Both times I learned something useful to me and both times I had winning trips...for a change! Change of Luck? Change of Strategy?...who knows. It worked for me!!
Little did I know that after reading a post here that was critical of the way I had freshly been taught to play that I would be jumping into a den of lions by disagreeing with you...based on my two visits with both the man and playing his strategies. Everyone here seemed more than eager to blast away at me for voicing a positive opinion on the subject. I have to admit ... it kinda pissed me off. I began lobbing bombs and hurling angry and degrading statements around. I figured that was the norm here.
It is funny, almost paranoid, that most of you still think I am either RS or a "mouthpiece" for him. That I sit down and talk to him and plan out what to say to further some sort of big, elaborate scam so that if one is not careful they will be conned out of everything they own or something. All of this after not a penny has been made nor asked of for anything the man offers excluding his 2 books (that I haven't even bought or read).
Let me conclude by asking a couple of questions. (hopefully I can glean something useful from the responses)...
Have any of you, like me, actually used any of the strategies in question in live play?
If yes...How did you do? Which method did you use? (ie artt, rtt, etc...)
If no...How can you critique something that you haven't tried?
On my trip next week...I know how I'll be playing!!

Why is it so hard to accept VP for what it is? The aforementioned strategies, are not. They are a method , at best, of managing ones money. Rather poorly articulated I might add.

Hey Beavis pianoman. There is a vote going on here due to your much loved personality and you saying (whining)
I am not rs , I don't speak for rs. (all in a whining tone).
The vote of the people is how they feel.
If you don't like it here why keep coming back. You can't learn from us. You are way to smart. Maybe rs and you should preach from a forum on his sight. I promise I will not join.
