This is the kind of respect rebels give a senior member like OEJ. redleg, nobody's gonna rip you because you happen to like rs or his thinking and methods of play, just don't try and sell his ways here like some other people do. There's already a website for those seeking the "truth" about VP. Too bad many don't see past the facade.

I choose to practice under optimum pay/play methods and have had good success, much like the authors said. I won't preach to anyone because the way I chose works for me, not because some salesman told me to. Progression/martingale, same difference. Too much has been written and said so no need to debunk something thats already a moot point about VP.

OEJ doesn't need a group, he has plenty of company where he's at.

Besides did anyone here expect him to come back from vegas and say he lost. Of course not. There is a whole thread topic about predicting his trip report before he ever posted. And we hit the nail right on the head.

Wow Redleg,You must have hit a sensitive spot on oej.  He sure was quick to fly in and bark.  Your comment surely struck a nerve...so much so that he called you "Buster" hehe. The cartoonish thread that was started to mock me was in fact him and his group's way of continuing the existence of their fairytale world of VP and their relevance to it.  I think it is hilarious that I go to Vegas, do what I say I will do, stay where I say I will stay, bring back pictures to share with everyone, and even disclose my true identity only to still be called a liar about winning!!!I know everyone here can feel their frustration.  They paint a totally incorrect picture of me and put forth as truth that I am Fa La La La La.... La la la la's schizophrenic alter ego.  (sorry for the big word oej it means that one thinks he is someone else)  They laugh and scorn at the way I play.  And they tell everyone here that I don't really exist, that I am an "Alias".  And THEN...I come back and stun them all with pics of my awesome room and view and an accurate accounting of my play.     What happens?......................................................Silence..................................You can hear a pin drop.............................................................................UNTIL...someone said one thing about the silence.  Oej in only a couple of minutes starts barking and moaning then Ed da Cat.  I think they are watching , Don't you?  Neither of them even acknowledged my pics or trip report except to say "We nailed it on the head."???????  You Did????  You guys are pitiful!!!  Absolutely Pitiful!!!  My last three trips to Vegas have produced real cash winnings.  That had never happened before I started playing this way.  Sorry to crush the world of some here, but I state facts.  Grow up!!!  Stop Whining!

I salute rolandude for his winnings but I take a different look at it. First he mentioned the amount of points he racked up but over the course of his trip I think it is rather low based on the amount of time he was there. I can accumulate that amount of points in a weekend and I know that many here earn that amount in a shorter period than I could. I then look at his profits and wonder what happened to the rest of it? If he hit two royals even at the .25 level that = $2,000.00, .50 level = $4,000.00, 1.00 = $8,000.00, 2.00 level = $16,000.00. So even if he hit them at the minimum betting level he still left a good portion of it in the machine. Did he hit the last royal minutes before leaving for the airport? If yes then he could possibly been in the negative until hitting the second royal. There are so many other possibilities and questions but I've got to go workout.

Strange, I don't recall once calling you "alias" or even rob himself, just that you chose to play his way and tried over and over to get many here to do the same. Last thing I'd do is accuse you of whining so interesting that you'd do that to me when you know nothing of me. Enjoy your life and your way of VP play, just don't try to sell me on it ok?

Tedlark,Unlike most,  I don't play all day, everyday anymore.  I can rack up more points in a weekend too.  I have had a single days in my past where I have had that many or more points.   On this trip I had losing sessions and winning sessions.  My win goal was $200/session.  My stop/loss was $500.  Some sessions I would play BP the entire session and sometimes I would start and finish with DDB.  I always played the 6th credit for the multiplier.  If you don't believe me I don't know what to tell you.  You've already put more thought into it than I ever did.  I went, I played, and I finished in the black...enough said.

So you were willing to lose $500.00 per session and trying to win $200.00 per session? What would happen if you had 4 losing $500.00 sessions in a row, you would be at a net loss of $2,000.00, right? Then you had two winning sessions, one $250.00 and the other $400.00. You would still have a net loss of $1,350.00. Why wouldn't you set the same number as you winning/ losing session goal ?
