South Pt. Vegas, Need info

Post by kjohn »

Heading to Vegas in a week...Staying at the M and usually head to RR for an afternoon.  This time my hubby does not want to drive up north so I'm thinking of trying South Pt.  Never been there....GVR is always an option but I was disappointed  with the machine selection on my last visit...I play Triple P DDB Quarter and also love a good progressive...  Not so concerned about the full play as I won't be there long enough for it to matter but if they have any of those cool 10/6 machines I might try some $$$.   What's avaliable at SP.

I was just there about a month ago. They have an insane number of triple/five/ten play machines. You should be in heaven.

I don't remember the progressives.

For DDB on multi-play machines I think they had 9/6 which sounds it should be up your alley. Make sure you walk around to look for these... if they are there, it will be worth your while. It's a big floor.

Good luck!

The only 10/6 DDB is for single line quarters and the machines are slow. There are many machines that have 9/6 DDB or 9/7 TDB in multi-play (unless things changed in the last 3 months). When I'm there I usually play the 9/5 SDB 5-play. There are also many other good games. The CB is about the best you will find in LV at .3% so make sure to get a card. The 100% machines are just past the player's club.

The buffet is average as are most of their restaurants. I've had good meals and bad meals. I've heard the rooms are nice.

It's a short drive from the M. I think you will like the place. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thank you much...We'll eat at the M and play some at SP while Hubby goes to a movie....As always can't wait to fly west...I'll hunt up the 100% machines and if I'm flush will play some $1 there.  I seldom play 5 play but may give it a shot...I don't seem to do as well but who knows...
