Places to eat you're looking for?  If you're old enough, "fine dining" used to start with a garnish tray of carrots, celery, olives - as of January, the Cortez Room at the Gold Coast still had that.  If you have those memories.  I liked the old restaurant better with the booths, but the new one seems to have the same menu, just updated and more light in the room itself.  My favorite buffet is the Bellagio's dinner.  Wynn dinner buffet runs a close second.

Have you settled on your hotel yet?

If you have a car, maybe consider Red Rock?  Rooms are right up there with Wynn...in my opinion.

Happy Anniversary.

We can always get free rooms at Harrahs properties. Harrah's, Rio, Paris, Bally's, etc. but we play a lot at our local Harrah's STL. They are all nice rooms, especially the Rio.

We decided on the Bellagio, thanks everyone! Even though their Mexican food is weak, I think your wifey will thank you for it! There's also a 24 hr King taco on the south side off of Charleston/Fremont.

With the large number of hispanics in the Vegas valley, there are a number of decent off strip eateries around Eduardo! They may not be in the best part of town but exactly what time are you gonna go out to eat? The aforementioned King Taco is right off the hwy at Boulder and Fremont so there's little intimidation. There's a few places off Sunset and around Green Valley also. Just be willing to drive and look. Ask shadow as he no doubt passes a few places in his travels.

Everywhere I go becomes a "bad part of town." Because I'm bad. You know it. Like Michael Jackson. With a better nose and less touching of the pee pees of course.

Plus you're funnier and don't have the drug dependancies he did. The Sahara has a huge burrito that is free if you can eat it all at one sitting plus they'll throw in two tickets to their speed coaster.

Great combination: huge burritos and Speed The Ride.
