Action on 'Double Point Tuesdays' has continued....

8/3 and 8/4

Got tired and lazy and turned what should have been an 800$ loss into a 1500$ debacle.  Never Hit 'Super Aces"

8/10-11
Saved my butt walking out the door with 4 Aces on Super Aces, (with
about 3 hands of credits left on machine) to narrowly avoid a huge
debacle.

8/16  Went down to pick up some Moody Blues tix;  Also, MSS was having
a brunch for its hi rollers, and accidentally included me... (HAHA)

I put my ticket in the bin for the hi-roller drawing and headed off to
play some VP.  Played some Super Aces and got dealt Quad 8s to keep me
alive awhile;  I have recently been playing 11 credits per hand, as
this makes 4 Aces worth 1100$, so no W2-G.   Got behind about a grand
and got dealt Quad Aces for the third time this summer....a 3300$ hit. 
Nothing remarkable the rest of the day, I slowly gave some back,
enjoyed the amenities of the 'hi-stakes' lounges, and, on the way out
the door, found out I hit the drawing for 500$ cash (!!!)

8/18-19   A session that will live in infamy....

Arrived about 2PM Tuesday with a comped room for Tuesday night....Plan
was to hit for a moderate win and take it easy, have a few drinks....

Started playing SA and withing 350$ hit AAAA on an 11 bet for
1100$...GOAL ACCOMPLISHED!   Head over to the bar (Havest Moon Bar) to
start drinking....threw 100 in a 9-6 mahine and it drained before I
even got my drink.

Slid over 1 machine to the left, put in 100, and began to lose at a
'more acceptable' rate.   20 minutes later, I get Qc Tc and 3 rags, and
pull the AKJc!!!!!  4 grand for my second 1$ MS Royal of the summer.   
The attendant who pays me just came on duty (3PM) and tells me if I
need anything to let him know....I tell him I need another Royal!
(Hahah!) 

Now Up ~4500$, I know I can't really get TOO hurt....I change over to
the Lodge Barwhere on some machines you can play 9-6 dollars up to 25
coins.  I start playing 8 at a time,   and start drinking champagne. 
The bartender there is 'Johnny' who looks a bit perturbed when I ask
him if he can find me a bottle of Tottinger's which is their 'higher
end' champagne.....He returns with a glass from another bar about 5
minutes later, sans pleasantries.   Before I have 2 sips, I draw 2
cards to a 3 Royal, and get the biggest hit of my life...6400$!  Johnny
gives me the raised eyebrows, and I tell him it was the champagne....I
tip liberally (although I probably should have stiffed with his
attitude) but I want the karma, and now he is my best friend.  Same guy
comes to pay me off and he can't believe I've hit 2 royals in 2
hours.....now up almost 11K.


I get some food and play some super Aces...I am hitting some good
payouts when I decide I'm going to play MAX credits for awhile....30
coins/hand times 3 hands...) and within 5 minutes got dealt quad 10s
for 1125$!.... 

It's getting late by now so I head to bed.....

Get lots of sleep and head down at 11Am to the WolfDen Bar to get some
coffee before I head out for the day...  I finish a coffee and have an
ice-tea while playing 1$ 9-6 5coins.....I'm ready to leave and the
bartender brings me a 2nd (unasked for) iced tea and tells me she is
leaving early....While she is saying her goodbyes, I get dealt a 3
royal and...you guessed it...YAHTZEE!!!   for my 3rd royal in 22 hours.  I'll never have another day like this.......
