having trouble w/ site

i am having trouble w/ the site...i have been playing random rewards w/  10 play....every few hands...NOT EVERY HAND...and it is always bet max...i usually use just my keypad to hold the cards...with random rewards 10 play...i am NOT ABLE TO USE KEYPAD....it will just deal new cards....is there any way to stop that from happening?   if i use my mouse, i have no problem.   so far it seems to just be happeing on random rewards.....i  will be very very dissapointed if it should happen on any other game also...please advise.....thank you  smn

Just to clarify the problem... you are tying to hold cards using the keypad, and instead of holding it is dealing?

 I keep getting a message "user name already being used"..There is no chat space, and that message keeps popping up where chat should be. I play at 3:00 am est..and more when I get home after work. Our scores are always still there, so yeah my user name will be there...duh

I am having the same problem when I use the keyboard to hold my cards. It happens on all the poker games I play. Instead of holding cards it deals a new hand. It doesn't happen all the time but enough to be annoying. It doesn't happen when I use the mouse.

Having trouble playing in contest. Cursor keeps fluttering and game freezes. It happens every hand. Problem only on this site. Thanks

Having the same problem as above. Seems the ads contribute to the problem. The Fios and Amtrack ads are the worst but all ads seem to make the contest play slow. I'm on roadrunner HS and not having this problem on other sites.
