Re: Good news~ Bad news~
Well my blunder is real kick in rear. I switch back and forth between DDB and TDB .25cents on the same machine well any way was dealt ace king jack hearts and king clubs and 3spades this was TDB poker i kept the kings up pops queen ten hearts wife saw it i was in slite shock for five minutes, instead of braking even lose 900$ for the night. I still dont understand in DDB you keep kings and in TDB you keep RF draw they both pay the same for RF 1000$ and same for four kings 62.50$ Check under vpgenius site, wont make this mistake again, my bad. Maybe somebody can explain why you keep on one and not the other?

Because in TDB 3 of a kind only plays 2-1 rather than 3-1 as it does in DDB. Therefore, the expected return of 3 to a RF vs a paying pair is higher in TDB and lower in DDB in most cases. However, in DDB, suited 10-J-Q and J-Q-K have higher expected returns than JJ, QQ, and KK.
One note of solice would also be that there is most probably no way, no how you would have hit the draw button at the exact same time and drew the same cards if you held the 3 to the RF rather than the paying pair. Keep in mind that after the deal, the 47 remaining cards are continually shuffled through the RNG (random number generator) until the draw button is selected. Therefore, unless the button was pressed at precisely the same time, drawing the same cards would be highly unlikely. In basic terms, you wouldn't have gotten the royal flush if you went for it instead of holding the paying pair.
So next time, instead of staring in disbelief at the screen thinking what could have been wish for some good luck and maybe you'll draw 4 aces with a kicker after dumping 5 junkers from the deal.

Yo redleg, Not yet, but thanks for the tip! Wonder what that includes - bonus, rooms? Motor City was only offering to meet Windsor's room offer and not sure how long that lasted. I wonder if Windsor is hurting with the new passport requirements at the border.

Billboard I think says up to $100.00 FreePlay..I swear I read somewhere that if you are already reciving FreePlay offers from MGM you would not qualify..I would call MGM marketing or players club for specifics..Also we found out something interesting I thought from players club..When we went out to Vegas we linked our cards & we would normally have to unlink our cards when we went back to MGM Detroit..they told us to keep them linked for faster comps..Just my 2 cents...

Yikes, that blows... I've done that only once playing .50 triple play deuces. Got down to only .75 and got dealt quad deuces. Now I just cash out the .75 or whatever and get a treat from the snack bar.

MFP - We get freeplay from MGM and they accepted Greektown (and doubled it, by the way) Now Greektown is matching all offers I heard on the news.
