Four suited cards including a pair of either 2's, 3's or 4's. Draw one card to the flush, or draw at the pair?

I am not sure if the pay table will matter on this hold, but if it is 9/7 then the correct hold is the flush. It is a big margin, so my guess is that is going to be true on any DB pay table.

Odds of hitting a quad on a pair are pretty low so while it is tempting, that doesn't outweigh the benefit of a much more likely flush in this case.

Eduardo is right on top of this one. It is also true in DDB an other games. It can be tough at times to make that play when we are hoping for a well paying quad.
If I may digress, for some reason this question made me think of the term "four flusher". For those that are interested in it's origin, see explantation by following this Wiki link.
