Playing next to Mr. Distraction
Mrs. LL and I had the wonderful experience of getting to know Mr. Distraction on our latest trip. Mr. D was playing multi-hand with his buddy. Before each hand he would discuss the great hit we was going to get. Then occasionally he would clap real loud and shoot the screen and shout his predicted hand. For good measure he would then complain and slap the machine to insure a better hand the next time.
Then we got to hear about all his worldly experiences in Vegas, around the country, and his triumphs. His buddy had 4 to RF and he demanded that he hit the button so they would hit a bunch of RF. None out of 50 hands. To say he was a buffoon is an understatement. You don't won't to know our real feelings.
After an hour of this drama we left for supper. Upon our return Mr. D. and his buddy were still at it. While we usually don't enjoy this type of setting we did have a little bit of spiteful pleasure. Mr. D. had started with $500 in the machine. Upon our return he was up to $1,500. By midnight Mr. D was down to $1,000-> $700 -> $500 -> $300 -> then out. $1,500 down the drain while his friend pleaded with him to cash out. We just smiled as he became more sedate but still boasting of his VP skills.

Larry, besides the fact that he or they were being baffoons i dont see what the plesure is in seeing someone lose money. i dont make any noise at the machines like most people but what i do is stay on the machine until i lose it all after winning a lot many times, like they did. id have just moved away because people who annoy me dont get the plesure of my company.
