Wife and I went once to check it out. Nicer then the old Wild Horse and better then Lone Butte. Having said that, we haven't been back even though there is a small non-smoking room.

Yeah, the non-smoking room crams you in like sardines in a see-through can at Wild Horse. The video poker is typical Arizona indian casino, most pay tables between 96-98%, some close to 99% with higher denominations. The facility is absolutely beautiful though with all newer machines, it's lay-out is sort of like a small version of the Red Rock in Vegas with a contemporary design. I went the first week it was open and it was packed. I would recommend waiting until the snow birds start flying home, after spring training if you really want to check it out and have full choice of the games and resturants.

Well, our trip to WHP was a bust out.
I could not believe the VP was a bad as it was. We played quite a bit, 25c DDB and TDB. I hit one 4Aces no kicker and a couple 4-3s no kicker.
Over all lost a bundle... Not a good way to start the new year!
We will be halting all gambling for at least 6 months. We've been getting
killed lately no matter where we played. Seems like they've tightened the
machines somehow....
