We were in Laughlin just a couple of weeks ago, and the non smoking section at the Colorado Belle on the second floor left of the Paddlewheel Restaurant was removed. The Riverside Resort has a huge non smoking section south of the south tower. The Aquarius (formerly the Flamingo) has a small non smoking section within the main floor, but you'll still get smoked out in there. Hope this helps!
