Do they hold out taxes on handpays on cruises or report Jackpots? If so is it the same as inland anything over $1,200?
What about foriegn casinos such as the Netherlands, China or any non US casino? Do they report jackpots to the US, holdout taxes? If so whats the limits?
I have plans to visit a Casino in Holland and was wondering. I'd rather stick to games were I won't have to deal with out of country tax forms.
Any ideas on limits in your country or suggestions for out of country (including cruises) Video Poker?
Do All Casinos Give 1099's?

In Dec., a $4K hand pay RF win at Caesar's Windsor, Canada, netted NO W2 G nor was I asked for social or other ID.
You are likely to encounter dress codes in Amsterdam and Montreal, and perhaps other foreign casinos. No tennis shoes, cut offs, torn jeans, or tees. Amsterdam insisted I check my dressy trench coat and would not allow my new tennis shoes. At Windsor casino, you cannot walk through the casino in a swim suit to get to the pool. Sign is posted. They are serious and will ask you to leave if your attire does not meet their specifications!

I have been on cruises on Celebrity, Royal Caribbean, and NCL. NCL did issue 1099's, probably because they are registered in the US. The other two did not.

Wow I was at that Amsterdam casino almost 20 years ago. And I remember you had to wear a suit and tie to get in the dam door. I can't believe they have not let up on the dress code after all these years.
