I live near Springfield Missouri and I am about 80 mins. from the frist casino in Ok. There are about nine indian casinos in and around Miami. Just thought I would check and see if anyone else goes to Miami.

The Hollywood Hard Rock is a nice casino. Plenty of machines, nice facility.  9/6 Jacks at $1 if you look for it.

I live in South Florida.  I've been to the Hard Rock, but I find it a bit smoky.   The Seminole Casino in Coconut Creek is a major smoke-trap, but I find the video poker is a bit looser.  Other non-Indian casinos are the Isle, which is in Pompano Beach.  Smoke-free and also has 10 nickel VP.  Mardi Gras is near Hallandale (Greyhound Dog track).  Also smoke-free and have had good play.  Gulfstream is down the street (horse racing) but I have found the games tight and the staff rude.

Haven't played in the area but we are headed up to see family in the Joplin, Carthage area and then KC. Any head's up for us since you must know the area? It looks like many are just Bingo parlors.
