Re: May Contest: Double Super Times Pay
The best score I could get is 5885. Forget holding anything less than a pair of jacks. The best I got with a 2x pay was 1600. Will play no more contests with extra pay, only straight double, double poker.

My best is 5005. All you can do with these contests is play for fun, it almost always takes a dealt royal to win.

We always appreciate your feedback regarding the contests. While we can't please all the people all the time, we hope to please everyone some of the time as we switch things up regularly in the contests. Those of you wanting single line in a contest again should be pleased with some plans we have for the near future. It's been a while since we ran a single line contest. Many others are requesting more than 3 lines (which of course increases the need for those lucky dealt hands). Thanks again for the feedback, and good luck for the remainder of this contest!

Another great contest, thanks to webman and all who helped put it together for us. Always enjoy the contest, win or lose, lots of fun and a learning experience too. Congratulations to all the winners.

with folks playing so many times there are likely to be dealt royals and other gems for the others they get the opportunity to whine and home mr royal finds them next time

Personally, I save my royals for the casino. I clearly use up tons of bad hands playing these contests.
If I totalled up all my points for the 10 times I played I still wouldn't be in the top 20.

Don't feel like the Lone Ranger.

I enjoyed the contest as well, my high score was in the 19,000 which I guess was pretty good compared..... the royal found me 2 times, but it didn't get me to far. When I posted earlier about the high score being hard to beat, I didn't know that a dealt r would be 20x. I learn something every time there is a contest, I just play one line vp in the casinos so this lets me try new games. It rained all day here yesterday so guess where I went? FIREKEEPERS.... didn't do bad at all, had 5 four of a kinds with one of those being the 3;s and a stright flush, didn't make a killing but came home with more than I started with, so I consider that winning. You all have a great week and keep playing....Coldwater
