A couple of years ago, hit a royal on the top line of MultiStrike poker on a 5 cent machine (8xs line for 32000 nickels) at the stroke of midnight on Christmas eve at the Golden Nugget in Laughlin and immediately shouted out loud and clear....THERE IS A SANTA CLAUS.

Cool Don, so much for keeping a low profile so you will not get mugged on the way out! Welcome to forum! My first royal was at Soaring Eagle at Mt Pleasant when no one knew I was going to be there. SO, it seemed logical to pretend I won it the NEXT weekend when we had business in that area and visited the casino again. Today I am wiser and would just keep it to myself!

Great story Marie.
My first RF spoiled me to VP. I was a regular slot player (losing the majority of the time). The director of slots and I became friends and he suggested I try VP instead of slots. So I gave it a try and $20 became $60 on a 6/5 JOB. Cashed out, went home bought a copy of Masque software, several books and spent the next three weeks learning all I could about VP.
My next casino trip November 18, 2005 and the second time to play VP I was playing Aces/Faces and hit a 25¢ RF. I just sat in silence staring at it thinking "I just hit a RF for $1K."
Been hooked ever since. My first $RF still is the background for my phone. Love those 's !!!

Great story, Lucky. My first dealt royal was at Palms on three play and also hearts. I stared at all those hearts lighting up the screen and wondered if I had broken something, for a second. Fortunately, that machine locked up so I could do no wrong. I ran to get my husband at black jack and have been hearing about that ever since...why does he have to tip at bj when I won on VP????We splurged and took a cab back to our hotel instead of hopping the bus at Gold Coast and walking through dark streets to get there. Memories!

summer of 04 at about 2am at kewadin casino in manistique, mi. hit on joker poker which paid $4700...i asked for a check and they said they'd have to send it to me in the mail which i didn't want so i took the cash and drove a few miles to town where there was a state police post, i didn't feel safe going back to my hotel...a trooper was very nice and let me park my car and sleep in their lot for a few hours until morning came and i went to the local post office and got a few money orders made payable to myself...didn't get another one until dec. 06 at soaring eagle in mt pleasant.
