1ST ANNUAL VIDEOPOKER.COM MEMBER MEET-UP PICTURES

The 1st Annual VideoPoker.com Member Meet-Up which happened on Monday, November 15th, 2010 at The Palms Hotel & Casino was a HUGE success.Personal Thanks to Webman and His Gang for being so generous as to rent a suite for what we all hope will be the first of MANY annual get togethers in Las Vegas.Attendees were shown a sneak preview of the NEW AND IMPROVED VideoPoker.com website which shall be coming soon to a web browser near you.  It rocked!  Picture of the landing page (as well as pictures of the event itself) is in the vppictures2010 photostream on Flickr.com The 27th floor of the Fantasy Tower (where the suite was located) offered breathtakingly beautiful views of The Strip from Mandalay Bay/Luxor to the south to The Stratosphere to the North and beautiful North Las Vegas shone like a jewel in the night further to the north of Stratosphere.Wine, beer and sodas were offered for the guests and some hors d'oeurves were provided.  Guests started arriving around 4:30PM.  I arrived at just about 4:50PM.  At around 5:30PM, we held our first ever Mini-VP Challenge.  25 hands playing 100 hand DDB (correct me if I am wrong, Webman), open to all comers, and the top 5 places were awarded fabulous VideoPoker.com merchandise.Yours truly came in 2nd to Luigi who came in first and won a giant duffel bag, tshirt, mints, cards and other prizes.I won a very nice and distinguished Videopoker.com PEN which I love!The crowd started to have so much fun, and the mixer was doing so well that when the time came to have to give up the suite people were eager to keep things going Poker Princess and Faith2Win decided we needed to keep the party going and we gathered a group of us and headed to The Orleans for some videopoker fun and general camaraderie.  The evening ended late, and I personally felt that we have ourselves something VERY VERY precious and special.  It's not every online poker group that can develop friendships via Videopoker.com's monthly member contests to the point where we all want to meet in person like this.We all felt the chemistry of our online interactions grow by leaps and bounds whilst in each other's physical presences.  My thanks go out to Webman and Company for putting on an unforgettable event.  See you next time for the next (and hopefully never last) member get together!Todd"FuzzyWuzzaBear"
