gold membership w/ ads

I have a gold membership and have had ads for the tourney since last wednesday...I sent an email and have gotten no response...please help

Billyjoe, I was able to chat with her about the problem. It sounds like she has spyware that is loading the ads into the scoreboard area, because she was seeing a gold frame and all the contest art above the game, which is only visible to gold members.
