Re: Trouble at the US - CANADIAN Border again
It drives me crazy when the bother people like you when there are REAL SMUGGLERS out there! Why thank you, Boops! I could not have expressed that better myself and I do appreciate your input! On the upside, the guard did not ask about the hammer under the front seat. THAT is for ensuring we will NEVER accidentally drive into one of Michigan's kazillion lakes and have no means of smashing a window to escape! I know one Chicago based gal, who chats often, has taken my hammer advice.

Billy's right Marie, since you tasted the forbidden fruits you should cross the border with strategically placed fig leafs.
Yeah, Luigi - that's the spirit

MM - I don't want to throw water on your hammer idea, but do you think you would be able to generate enough force to shatter your car window swinging a hammer with your car full of water?
Next time you go swimming, take a hammer and a mirror, and dive to the bottom of the pool to give it a try. Those window shattering devices, which are spring loaded, are a better protection.

billy, I understand there is a commercial combo tool available at auto parts stores that will cut a car seat belt and break a window. My master plan was to focus, grab a hammer, cover my head with a blanket and smash that car window before the car becomes submerged and full of water. All BEFORE I panic and become a catatonic schizophrenic!

Because of the going for a walk naked and the catatonic schizophrenic visuals, I have taken a sharp stick and poked my eyes out.

My saracasm might be due to 400 hands of Contest w/o any quads, quick or other wise.
Am I forgiven?
