@shadowman do you have a favorite machine?

More or less I play the same machine if it's available. But, the last time I played one of the keys was a little sticky so I may have to go with a different one next time. The biggest reason is many of the machines I play have lights that reflect off the screen. The one I do play has the least amount of reflection.

Reflections? We can all do without reflections can't we? Anyways, I base my play on paytable and availaility. No one machine is gonna grab me by the ears and make me sit unless it's a fairly new game I've been meaning to play. Everyone has a favorite game/version so it's kinda moot to ask what others play. Find your niche and excel at it.

Like some others I tend to move soon after 4OAK. However, on last trip better half hit 4OAK (10/7 DB) 2 out of 3 hands at California. Later that night at Palace Station lady "next to me" hit 4OAK three times in 7 hands. Now that stings. Since then I have been second guessing myself on being so quick to move after quads.

Why do you move after hitting quads?

I am curious too. Is there a reason one should move after quads. I mean If the machines are truely random, why?

If you are playing Roulette and see there have been 15 Red numbers in a row which color are you gonna bet on, Red or Black?

That would be the same reason some move and some stay.

If VP hits are random and you hit a quad why move? Why not stay and hit some more quads or a RF? Its all random timing.

This past trip Sweet C played one machine and hit 9 quads in an hour then the Prog. AWAK and then the Prog. RF (see posting 2AWAK+2RF...).

The fact that there have been 15 reds in a row has nothing to do with how the next play will turn out.

Interesting, using a strategy of betting opposite the last color/s you would have just bet wrong 14 times in a row.

VP MACHINES DO CYCLE! (hot and cold) So why not move if you feel that your machine is cold or just toying with you. Yes all vp machines are random but they also run hot and cold. If you think otherwise then you are only fooling yourself.
