Re: Leaving Voucher In VP Machine!
Welcome to forum, maggiemay! I have also had that experience a couple of times, when a clean up person pointed to a machine that had a small amount of $ left in. Once was at Flamingo in Vegas, pre TITO. The cleaning personnel know better than to touch that if they value their jobs! They probably would like a tip, for that tip. Last Fri., we were about to leave Greektown casino in Detroit. I spotted a silver coin on the dark carpeting. As I walked closer, I realized it was a quarter. I slapped myself, figuratively speaking, and gave myself instructions to keep on walking. Don't go there, don't even think it! Let someone else pick it up who needed it more than I did. I did not wish to be arrested or told to leave the casino, forever! Figuring into this equation, was the fact that I was walking out $1G ahead. I had hit a few quads on $1 DDB at my lucky machine. I am now ready for my upcoming, four casino, Niagara Falls trip.

Several months ago Sweet C and I were playing early in the morning. A fellow player off to our side (I'll use Bill early 60's) gets up to refill his coffee at the refreshment stand 20 feet away. Young guy comes by hits the cash out button and takes off with the ticket headed for the escalator. Next thing we know Bill is running full speed by us, takes the stairs two at a time and catches the thief at the top of the escalator. Ticket retrieved, thief arrested and we all have a new respect for Bill's athletic abilities.
