and The Silverton ...?
I will also be staying at Silverton for 1 night, I know they have a lot of good VP. Has anyone stayed there recently, and do you have any favorite machines there?

A lot of good video poker? Thats news to me. I stop by there every one
in a while to take a look and the only playable poker is 8/5 BP. I
wouldn't call that very good. There are many other places with much
better poker here in Vegas.

Did you check out the All-Star Poker machines?
They are full pay (9/6) on DDB and TDB.
You have to hunt around, but I saw one bank of DDB full-pay machines there also.

About a year ago, silverton lowered most of their pay tables. This was a good place but not so much any more. Good luck on your trip.

DDB is too volatile a game to play on a regular basis unless you have quite a large bankroll. $2k can go in a few hours on dollar DDB if you don't hit any "special" hands.

You have to hunt around, but I saw one bank of DDB full-pay machines there also. FP or positive return for DDB was at 10/6 from what I can recall. 9/6 and more recent, 9/5 is now common for this game. Remember, anything under 100% is hardly FP but rather the best you can find. Some users get real lucky and hit a bunch of good hands. Don't take this as gospel for VP.

Yeah, I know that, anyway some of the VP at Silverton were showing their age, and like most places they had one or two banks of machines with good pay tables.
However, look at Lucky Larry, he usually plays 8/5 DDB and look at his winning streaks.
