Thanks W-man, Both the 16x and Big Pick games look interesting and will require special strategy considerations to maximize chances at the big paydays.

In other words while I am staring at my screen scratching my head it will take New2vp roughly 17.3999736 minutes to develop a perfect strategy (margin of error 2.6666667 seconds depending on wind conditions)

Thanks for the confidence, but I think I would think the "over" would have the edge on that bet.  It might take about that long to develop a METHOD for perfect strategies, but the strategies themselves will be a bit longer.  Now...approximate strategies...that's a different story!

I've also played a lot of Double Down Stud and find it to be fun.  The downside to the game is you can have a lot of dead hands in a row, but the upside is moderate wins come relatively frequently.  A full house on the top line of DDB pays 1200.  A royal on the top would be 320,000.  (I had 4 to it once, but didn't get it).  But even a pair of queens or better on line 4 is 160.   I've found that overall I usually end up not that far off even, but the swings can be dramatic, (probably "traumatic" when you are playing for real money).  For example, I started a session yesterday and left the window open and played off and on until now.  Started at 2000, went down to about 1000, then back up to 2200, then down to 900, then up to about 2200, then I went down again to 1700 when I hit a 16X FH which brought me to 2800. It's also  a good game to play if you don't want to have to think much as the decisions are minimal. These are a couple of my larger wins:
