Do you hold some numbers more than others
Let us say you have a pair of 5s and 7s in a game where you don't need to hold both pairs. I always hold 7s even if the odds of scoring are the same with the 5s. Anyone else have favorites or strange things they do?
I also like to hold red cards instead of black when odds are close to the same

This is an interesting question and one you might not expect me to have an opinion on.I always play two machines if I can. I hold my cards using a finger technique similar to playing chords on a piano. This way I can hold whatever cards I'm trying to hold in a single motion. Certain chord (card) combinations are easier than others. Therefore when having to pick between equal value pairs I always pick the pair that is the easiest to hold and lest stressful on my hand.~FKP.S. My old partner Steve had a silly suggestion: Hold one card from each of the pairs, this way you can never be wrong. Warning: this method also limits your ability to ever be right.

If you mean you push two buttons at the same time, I didn't think the machines can hold them both?

then when 222 pops up you get 45 for straight flush vs 75 for 5 of a kind

I play DW and I believe in most cases you hold the lower pair. I noticed that in the tutorial.

If I have no faces and no 2,3,4 or 10's I toss it all but I play mostly TDB.
