Thanks Larry. I always look at your posts because it keeps me up on what is going on in Louisiana.
Didn't take long to write check - maybe 25 minutes (it was a handwritten check) - but remember it was 4 in the morning!
Even though it was a wierd time I had lots of people around me from the Pai Gai poker table - just thought it was smarter to take a check.
Because it had been such a remarkable trip I had lots of cash so still had plenty of money to play with - like I said the smart thing I did was come home when I started a losing streak - of course I was exhausted - I didn't sleep a wink.

WTG - always nice when you take some home. Funny I am reading this cause just last night a lady hit a Diamond Royal with a 5X but she was only playing .25.

gigi,
I think you did the right thing getting a check. Sleep who could sleep after that hit.
It's hard to concentrate some nights on those machines with the Pai Gow noise. And with the traffic on the PG side you rarely go 5-10 minutes without your chair being hit. Congrats again. We'll have to meet up sometime.

Lucky Larry - I just laughed when I read "your chair being hit". Seems to me - no matter where you're sitting - whether it's the middle or end, wide or narrow aisle, or possibly even on top of the machine - someone will bump right into the chair. Some woman (can't say lady) at the Palms/LV crushed my foot that was on the floor in front of my machine. I shot her a wilting glance and moved my foot muttering "ouch". She, in turn. out-did my look, glowering at me from a distance - never once apologizing. She had to notice the difference of one step on the carpet, the next on my foot. Maybe not. Has anyone else noticed that manners are a "lost art" in today's world? Back to the topic - CONGRATULATIONS on the jackpot. Hope we all lucky jackpots soon.

You are so right about hitting the chairs - and No One ever says "sorry". But super times play multi level fanatic that I am that never stops me! My daughter and I will be there on Monday, staying Monday night. I know you are usually there on the weekend but if you are there say Hi!! I am always at those machines - the "ole grandma" playing that poker!
