Whoops, sorry about that. I was attempting to say that all in all, we play video poker because we simply love to do it. I love the anticipation, the wild wins, the wonderful people who you meet, just everything. I moan and whine because I don't win like I used to, and it gets frustrating, but I never want to give it up. I have become disabled the last 5 years, but I can still go into any casino and play like I used to. I love playing on this website because it is so realistic and so much like actua lly playing. I enjoy reading the chats and this forum. I was a gold member until someone hacked our bank account and we had to close all credit cards. That is a horrible experience, but I still enjoy the contests so I see what you all are doing. As long as I am able, I will continue to make gambling trips and love doing what I do best.

They hacked into your bank account and you had to close all credit cards? You mean they got all your account numbers at the same time from multiple credit cards at the same bank?

Her, thank you. We had our main checking account comprimised and at least 2 credit cards, (one directly attached to our bank). We had charges that had us in places we had never heard of. Luckily, this was caught by1 credit card, as it was so out of character for our account. They closed it, and issued us another one but the other one did not. We had to "disprove" that we had made those charges. It was taken care of quickly, but it was a lesson learned. Credit cards were closed because we wanted it that way and we do not want to put our ATM on the internet. My husband and I are retired and live in a small town. We did not loose any money, because we watch our accounts daily (since then). We don't need the credit cards so they are not used. It was a pain to settle. Just for general information, if you use a card anywhere, it is not a good idea to let someone walk away from you with the card. The cvc number on the back is important to make purchases on the net, and from that, your accounts can be compromised. Hackers are very good at what they do, but if you stay on top of things, you can cut them off at the knees. My point for the post was to simply put it out there that no matter how complicated your life can get, video poker is still a get away that I don't ever want to get away from.

Im not as smart as most people and Im having a hard time understanding this, thats all. I have 2 ccards at one bank along with a checking account. One ccard number was stolen one time and I had to get a new one. If they hacked into my "account" theyd get just that, my account number, not numbers. I cant figure out how ccards and checking account numbers can all be hacked into together. And with that, you are never responsible for anything when ccards are reported misused and theres a limit on debit cards and checking accounts. How did they get all her money?

Edog, because I didn't charge very much, they were able to see that a restaurant we had gone to on Kentucky Lake, was responsible for using our card. Like I said, the CVC on the back, completes any purchase you would want to make online. It was attached to our bank account and attempts were made to hack the whole thing, but the bank was waiting for this. It was just 1 card we had to deal with, but thankfully, we only were responsible for the first $500, and we were able to prove where we were so the charges were covered. We closed everything and started everything all over. We just don't use our credit cards anymore. My daughter bought us a pre-paid Visa at Wal-Mart and that has worked very well. My hub is 66 and I am a very spring chicken 64, so our needs and wants are simple. Please, guys, they didn't get all our money, but might have if we hadn't been watching our account like a hawk. If all else fails, our mattress is an option!

Thank you, edog. I know you are in Wisconsin..are you a member of the Ojibwa Tribe? I go to Turtle Lake and Hinckley all the time. Just wondering if you are anywhere in our neck of the woods.
