Re: NO ROYALS FLUSH
Hi Sam, I played for two years without a RF, and then once I hit one, more followed. That's the beauty of random. Please keep us posted when you start hitting them - I bet you'll be on a streak that will rival Lucky Larry! Best of luck.
You made me review the streaks Sweet C and I have had over the years. No two years are the same I started in 2005 and hit my first RF on my third session in November 2005. Since then our combined numbers of RF show interesting streaks: Only counted 25¢ up or multi-hand resulting in G statements.

Sorry it is soooo messy. Wish I knew how to create or insert chart here.

Larry, I think if you copy from a worksheet after putting the data in Excel cells, you will get neater columns:

2007
2008
2009
2010
2011

Grand total
This makes for easier calculations of the totals as well. I think some of the totals you listed do not match the monthly numbers. Of course, I don't know which is correct, but I assumed the monthly cells were correct and had Excel automatically calculate totals. It is also easy to find the totals for the same month across the 6 years and the grand total.I didn't bother with the special annotations as it would have messed with the orderliness, but you might be able to do that by using different colors in the table or footnotes or explanations below the table.

Lucky larry, and New thx for responses. The way i keep track is buy the day me and other half go to casino, i mark it on the date on calander wether win or lose and buy looking at calander it more time than i first wrote in my NO ROYAL FLUSH my wife was on trip so went by self/friend almost two years ago and played .50 DDB and hit royal flush dont play .50 any more to much for me so stick to my level .25 which i can afford sometimes lol. That was my last RF. Guess just venting i have friend used to go all the time with me but he has stop not because of money but because how it affects him emtionaly he would get so mad at machine for not giveing good hands. If we were robots it would not bother us at all but because we are human sometimes emotion get involed, we get upset but have let it go if not getting good cards effects us to much need to stop playing. I guess! Yes!!!

new2vp,
Thanks for the clean up -the chart looks great. Can you tell me how you inserted the table? Hand entered the RF # from an excel of our RF/G's and other hits for record keeping. At 2:30 a.m. it harder moving back and forth between screens than playing VP (which at time of the morning is probably more accurate and automaticity takes over).
sam,
The point of the chart was to share that RF seem to come in streaks. Second, we often play 4-5 times month (8-10 days) which increases our opportunities even though we often also play multi-hand 5¢. The RF chart was only 25¢ and up and our 4 m-h dealt RF. Your RF will come and hopefully you'll get a long run of them.
Best wishes.

new2vp,
Can you tell me how you inserted the table? Sure, but someone else (Webman, maybe?) will have to tell you how it works.1. I switch to an Excel worksheet that has been completed.2. I highlight the rectangular range that I want to copy (click on one corner, hold, and drag to the other corner of the desired range).3. Right-click the mouse and select Copy.4. Switch back to the Post Reply Box in my browser, position the cursor on a new line that has no characters.5. Right-click the mouse and select Paste. That's it.A problem with this is that it is difficult to format. If you notice the chart that I inserted for you, you will see that all the cells are left-justified. I sometimes would prefer to center them, but I've never spent the time to see how to do that.

For all of those guys and gals who believe that you can't be cheated by a casino take note. Back in the days when the casino paid out in coins, I cashed out $120.00. Went to the cashier to get $20 and it came up short by $30. Of course they paid me the $30 dollars but I reported to the state police and they investigated. The machine did no duplicate the shortage but it makes you wonder how many people did this happen to.
