Empire City video poker
I usually play in AC, but took the shorter ride to the home of the VLT's..
Did absolutely nothing on 9/6 JOB quarters...But hit a bunch of quads on the DDB machine , the one with the REALLY big screen and cards...There are 3 of them in the middle, straight down from main entrance, first floor...These machines give you the option of a 6th payline 20 coin bet, but I stuck mostly with the traditional 5 coin bet, which by the way pays 5000 coins for the royal instead of 4000, so NY state can tax the winnings ...Very nice of them, huh? Anyway, went home broke, as I was prepared to with these VLT's...At the best, I could have gone home up maybe $50..But that's no fun...The sausage and pepper sandwich was the high point of that trip..

borgata, as you rightly mention they're VLTs, not true RNG machines. That's probably the reason for your misfortune. I don't go up to Empire City any more -- the machines don't play well, even with good paytables. The sandwiches are good, though, eh?
