I HOPE THE NET RESULT WAS POSITIVE. NICE GOING.

This is what is so strange about this most recent trip.  So many things were hitting, that I never really had to go back for more cash.  So many quads to fill the bucket.  Very much different than the last trip where nothing was hitting.  Getting even money almost seemed like an impossibility on that trip. The outcome was very positive and my biggest haul to date.  Even better, when I decided to call it a night My pockets were stuffed, and I had played my self tired.  So nice to walk off the floor loaded with cash, carrying checks and satisfied with your play.

Fantastic, roveer. I can clearly see some of my problem now. I need to start w a bigger bank roll!

Not true...

All those hits could have come at quarters or even nickels.  They just wouldn't have been hand pays.  It still would have been an exhilerating night had I done this on quarters but I've managed to move myself up to dollars.  As you can see from a number of other players, loads of fun can be had with much lower starting bankrolls, you just have to pay the lower denoms.  In the bank of machines I play the middle machine is a "Double STP" machine which has nickels so I'm often sitting next to folks who play 5 cents.  When they hit a quad or royal  they yell much louder than I do.  I have to admit, even when I caught the quad aces I didn't make a sound.  I'm not a yeller.  Of course that might change when I finally catch my dealt royal.  Hopefully it will be on a multiplier.  I have to admit, when I play low stakes or single line I always worry that I'll get a dealt royal and would be devistated if I caught it on quarters or a single line machine.  considering my denom and my multi-hand play I'm really hoping that if/when I get a dealt (like my aces) that it is at very least on MH.  Like I said, multipliers would be nice.  Every time I get a 10X in the first box on STP I start to dream about my beloved dealt royal.  That would be 400K for me.  Ahh to dream.

Good Luck.

Thanks Roveer,

I know where they are.  Do see many hits/jackpots if you bet lower demonitions? I use to play there all the time but went dry for so long.

I've pretty much stopped playing quarters and half dollars so I'm not sure. What I can say is that I have not had a night like that at any denom.  My frequen hand pays really have much to do with the fact that I'm playing dollars, but the hits should have nothing to do with the denomination being played.  Having just come from an absolute dismal previous trip I know exactly what you mean when you say they went dry.  I've been toying with the idea of abondoning my trip if after an hours or two I sense that nothing is working.  It's that pronounced.  Last trip if I made even money on a hand I was happy.  No quads, no FH's and lots of clear boards.  On every frigg'n machine that I played.  I know it's just random, but boy it sure seems like they have a big dial in the back room that can shut everything down.  If it's randomness than we have to know that just might be worth not playing when it's happening and saving our money for when things are working.  That's the stratedgy I'm taking.  It's much more fun to post my victories here than to describe how I got bought many hundred dollar beers.

I never hit on the multi hand machines. I play the same one you hit your 4 deuces on, single hand $2 or higher. Nice wins.

My experience with higher denoms on single hand machines is that NOTHING ever hits.  Since I had so many comp dollar coupons I figured I'll do something that I usually never do with their money.  It makes it a little more exciting to play a denom above what you usually do.  I rarely leave a bartop machine with a jackpot, it's mostly just to sit, realx, have a few drinks and get in the mood after I arrive.  There were people all up and down the bar hitting all kinds of things so it was "in the air" that night.  Funny thing is my machine didn't make a sound.  I commented to the lady that paid me that this was the quietest hand pay I've ever had.

I added the video link to the bottom of the original post.  It's pretty fuzzy but it's there.  I was so concentrated on taking the video I couldn't even see what I had hit until I stopped and concentrated on the screen.

Very nice, I also have been dry for about a month now.  Can't wait for the loose boost of the holidays.  Funny how many of those are dealt handpays.  My last two AWAK have been dealt, thats about the only way to get a quad lately is to play enough to get them dealt.  Hope you took alot of it home, congrats.
