It seems that in Double Pay Spin Poker, the two unused hands (top and bottom) use cards from the drawing deck. Thus one might save a 3-of-a-kind and it is impossible to hit that fourth card. This makes figuring out correct play very difficult. This is not evident from the Help Rules. Am I correct here?

In double pay, on the deal each line is dealt independently. When you hold cards, the draw will always be from cards remaining on the "hold" line only. The initial cards dealt on the other lines are irrelevant after the deal.

Please check again. If the lines were independent, one should see the same card on two lines once in a while (actually fairly frequently!). I ran dozens of games and never saw a duplicate. All 15 cards seem to be dealt from a single deck?? Thus, they are not independent.....
But more importantly, one seemingly cannot be dealt a card already seen on lines 1 or 3. So some 3-of-a-kind hands can never be filled to four. This is different than other multiline games or am I mistaken?

Sorry, what I meant was, the cards on the non-hold line are completely independent of the draw. Meaning when you draw, only the 5 cards on the hold line are excluded from the deck. You are drawing from 47 remaining cards, not 37.

Is there anyone else who can weigh in on this? If what you say (that the hold line is independent from the non-hold lines), then we might see duplicate cards on hold/non-hold lines before the draw. But this does not occur. Show me a picture if you see one please.
Moreover, I checked games and have never received a dealt card that was previously seen on any line. This tells us that all cards come a single deck and they are not independent. It also seems that if one is dealt four to a royal, then the odds of filling are either zero or 1/37 but never 1/47 (for the main line).
Wait a minute...one cannot possibly draw more than one Royal Flush since the cards do not repeat... But since there are 3 lines, the odds of filling a RF (given four to) are high...possibly near 8.1%
It also means the Help instructions are flawed or this particular program is set up wrong.

I will agree with WisT. I just ran a brief test. It seems that once you've selected your hold cards, all the remaining draw cards for all three hands are being dealt from a single deck. Each line is not being dealt with its own deck.
But I thought that's how it always worked so don't know if that's a mistake or not. Example... center line I am dealt 3h 3d 8c As Js. I hold 3h 3d which now occupy 6 of the 15 card slots. When I hit draw, the remaining 12 slots are filled from a single deck. So, I am filling 12 total slots from the remaining 47 cards in the deck. I am not filling 3 independent slots per hand from 3 separate decks each containing 47 cards. However, when I read the online help that's available when clicking the help/pays button, it says the draw will come from a 52 card deck, minus the initial 5 dealt cards (i.e. the dealt cards are dead and can't be recycle in the same hand). - D -

Also, it seems like all (??) versions of 3-handed Spin Poker behave in such manner. This behavior is different to how other 3-handed games are dealt. I just tried one of the non-Spin Poker 3-handed multiplay games and it dealt me duplicate non-held cards several times confirming that after the deal, the draws are coming from separate decks.

Sometime ago, while playing Double Pay Spin Poker, a light when on inside my head. I realized that the cards in hands one and three would not be dealt to me on the draw. As a result of this discovery I changed how I played the game - meaning which cards I kept.I have not looked at the instructions on the help menu, but I am willing to agree with what has been said that it is wrong for the instructions to be in error. If this is proven to be correct, then I hope the instructions are corrected.Having dealt with that, I wish to pose a question. Using the pay schedules of the games included in Double Pay Spin Poker on this web site, can anyone tell me what the pay back percentages are?In fact, I would like to see a pay back percent posted in the help menu for each game that is offered on a machine. This may seem like a waste of time to many expert players who can quote percentage pay back numbers off the top of their head. However, there are many games that are a variation of basic VP. In these games the player is required to play extra coins. Some more examples of what I am talking about are quick quads, wheel, and ultimate. In the casinos that I go to, there are only a few of these machines. The casino likes the idea that a player is investing more money per spin in these games. What is the benefit to the player for this? The player should be given enough information to make a fair comparison between games.
