Dream Card
I am just curious if anyone actually plays "Dream Card" in casino's with any success? It's fun to play in here for free but the couple times I found it in Indiana the frequency for the "DC" hitting vs the 100% increase in bet ate my bankroll quickly.Just wondering what anyone thinks.

I have, but it's hard to find with a decent enough pay table to make it playable now. Keep in mind the volatility of this game is tremendous and the normal bankroll used for regular 3-play is not nearly sufficient due to the 10 coins per line required for Dreamcard.

I've played it and I like it. But, I usually only play it if I am down to my last $100, or way up. This game is highly, highly, highly volatile. I've had big wins (turning a $100 into a thousand or more) and lost that $100 in a few minutes. If the dream card feature goes cold for even a few minutes the losses quickly mount. Surely not a game to play the whole evening on.

Isle had a couple but between the minimum 25¢ game ($7.50/hand) and low pay table it was rarely a winner. I did once get dealt Deuces but still came out behind for a 20 minute session. We had a friend who (plays $25/hand 100 play 5¢) put through $2K. He said he hit 21 quad Deuces and still left the machine down in a six hour session.

10 Play Dream Card TDB at $1 level. 3 aces and a four plus a dream card equals $40k. Casino removed that machine a few days later.

I've played it twice at Red Rock, once at 10x $2 and once at 10x $1. Both times it was for several hours, and I didn't recognize that it was especially volatile. I did quit the first session after a good payoff because I was afraid I would get hosed, and I broke even that day. The second time around I lost, but not an extraordinary amount. I enjoyed it both times, but it is just a bit slow. I wish I could turn off the little Dream Card animation. After about 50 times it gets tiresome.
