Need tech help please!

Okay....I have done something....I think. My number keypad works fine if I am using another program (Quickbooks) but all of a sudden....when I try to use the number keypad on the right....the key strokes no longer correspond to the cards.....any ideas??? Thanks!!

Try the num lock key on your keyboard. It doesn't sound exactly like that, but it's worth a try.

@mamma......they respond but not to the correct card....1 will hold the first card..and then it's random after that..the 4 will hold the 5th card....WTF @webman....I have tried it with the number lock on and off (just in case)....still not working properly

Okay.....Problem fixed.......so if it happens to anyone else......I restored my computer to a previous date (before my last HP update) and now everything is working fine.
