Isle of Capri Biloxi has been sold to Tilman Fertitta who will renovate it to become his 4th Golden Nugget Casino. Tilman is a cousin to Lorenzo and Frank Fertitta who control the Station Casinos including Red Rock. Tilman was born in Galveston, Texas and owns major Texas properties in prime potential casino areas. He'll be ready whenever Texas finally approves gambling.    I mean Casino Gambling that is!!!!

Landry's, Salt Grass Steak House, Morton's, McCormick and Schmicks, Bubba Gump's Seafood and others plus a luxury hotel/resort in Galveston. His newest adventure is rebuilding the old Galveston Pleasure Pier - a $60 M project with a restaurant, 16 rides, Roller Coaster and Ferris Wheel at the end of a 1,000 foot pier into the Gulf of Mexico. He also owns the Rolls Royce dealership in Houston. The old boy ain't done too bad for himself.

Hopefully it'll be better than the Golden Nugget that took the place of Trump Marina.  I was there in November while it was just opening/renovating.  Horrible!  Dirty!  Lousy Food!  Tight machines!  Need I say more??
